Biofixit Toilet Clean

Biofixit TC combines the benefits of biodegradable surfactant and microbial technologies. The product contains biodegradable surfactants and wetting agents that act to clean the surface and penetrate into deposits. The formulation contains a natural acid that helps to gradually dissolve uric acid and limescale. 

The microbial part of the product consists of stabilised bacteria that produce enzymes to degrade uric acid, urea and other organics in the toilet environment. This degradation process is very efficient and eliminates these organics as a food source for odour causing organisms so that smells are eliminated and not just masked. This degradation process continues as the water flows down the drains to the sewer ensuring that drains are kept clear. This natural process is exactly what occurs in a wastewater treatment plant so the product is entirely compatible with all forms of effluent treatment.

Biofixit Multi Clean

Biofixit MC brings together the benefits of surfactant and biological technologies to deal with the problem of cleaning hard surfaces. The primary cleaning effect of the product is based on the use of a blend of biodegradable surfactants. These surfactants help to emulsify and mobilise stains. The harmless bacteria in Biofixit MC have the ability to degrade all household stains consisting of grease, protein, starch and cellulose effectively.

Biofixit Carpet Clean

The vast majority of stains and spills on carpets and upholstery are organic in nature. While conventional carpet cleaners help to mobilise stains they cannot remove residual organic materials. These organic materials can decay and give rise to off odours that linger in the fibres and contribute to stale smells in rooms. The organic materials giving rise to most problems are urine, vomit, faeces, beer, wine, milk, etc.

The advantage of Biofixit CC and Biofixit CCs is that it brings together the benefits of surfactant technology and combines this with microbial technology. The primary cleaning effect of the product is based on the use of a blend of biodegradable surfactants. This provides a highly effective method of removing stains by solubilising them and therefore aids their removal from the carpet fibres. The bacterial strains in the product produce a wide range of enzymes that help to degrade any residual organic materials remaining deep down in the carpet pile. These residual organics are the cause of lingering smells in carpets. The microbial treatment ensures that organic residues are broken down so that the source of the smells is eliminated.

Biofixit Oil Clean

Oil spills on concrete, paved areas, garage forecourts and driveways create an unsightly stain on the surface. Since the oil doesn't mix with water it can't be simply washed away. The traditional solution to this problem is to use a blend of solvents and surfactants that are hazardous to use and which create problems in interceptors and drains because they are very difficult to degrade. Biofixit OiC provides an alternative to traditional approaches to the removal of these stains. It combines the benefits of biodegradable surfactants with the advantages of microbial technology at a neutral pH.

The primary cleaning action is conducted by a blend of biodegradable surfactants and wetting agents together with a natural citrus extract. The combined action of these components helps to emulsify and mobilise the oil so that it can be removed from the surface. When the oil is emulsified the bacteria can more readily degrade it. The bacterial strains in the product have been specially selected for their ability to efficiently degrade oil remaining on the surface and it continues this process as it passes down the drains and into oil interceptors or the main sewer.

Biofixit Septic Clean

Septic tanks are widely used in rural areas where there is no sewage collection system and it is necessary to treat domestic wastewater. Untreated wastewater from the house or group of houses flows into the septic tank where the solids separate from the liquids. The majority of the solids settle to the bottom where they are liquefied slowly. Lighter solids such as grease, fats and soaps float to the surface and form the scum layer. 
 
Biofixit Septic Clean contains a blend of natural micro-organisms that have been specially selected for their ability to degrade the three main constituents of domestic effluent - proteins, carbohydrates and fats. This degradation process is conducted by a broad range of enzymes which are produced by the bacteria. The soakaway will also benefit as there will be more efficient breakdown of scum and other organics. This leads to a significant reduction in the carryover of solids so that the soakaway remains clear.
